Ben Shephard is one presenter who keeps a low profile, but has still managed to keep viewers interested in what he has to say. The 47-year-old’s career began in 1998 when he took on the role of presenter on Channel 4’s The Bigger Breakfast alongside a number of household names. Back then, the TV personality was in the company of Dermot O’Leary, Denise Van Outen, Melanie Sykes and Josie D’Arby on the show. Now the star is a regular face on Good Morning Britain alongside Susanna Reid and ITV’s quiz show, Tipping Point.

Currently Ben is estimated to be worth £3.6million, according to As well as having a successful TV career, Ben has built a wonderful home life too.

In 2004, he married Annie Perks and the couple share two boys together – Jack, 17, and Sam, 15 who live in his luxury home in London, but more specifically in Richmond.

According to Rightmove, properties in Richmond had an overall average house price of £1,131,298 over the last year.

The majority of sales in Richmond during the last year were flats, selling for an average price of £711,786. Terraced properties sold for an average of £1,166,873, with semi-detached properties fetching £1,667,584.

Overall, sold prices in Richmond over the last year were eight percent up on the previous year and nine percent up on the 2019 peak of £1,042,195.

Annie is an interior design pro, and she sometimes shares more stunning snaps of their home on her ‘The House Editor’ Instagram.

The Good Morning Britain star has a cosy-looking living room with a large white fireplace.

The 47-year-old also appears to have plenty of large books scattered aesthetically across the coffee table.

Keeping up that stylish appearance, Annie posted a gorgeous picture of the sun flooding their house through the living room.

They have a mustard plush armchair with a cushion nodding to more of that navy colour theme.

Annie has also shared her love for antique shopping, with several pieces placed around their home.

Fresh dandelions add a pop of colour and glow from their window-panelled doors, looking out to their lovely back garden.

Annie also shares a love for gardening on Instagram, and it’s clear she puts a lot of care into their space. In their garden, they grow various fruit and vegetables.

In this pretty archway space, they even have a sweet table set-up for enjoying their home’s outdoor beauty.

Looking so immaculate, fans even commented on her posts saying “I want a garden like yours amazing” and “how do u keep it so beautiful with two boys and football?”
