I'm a car cleaning expert – drivers are only just realising £1.25 B&Q essential will make washing your motor a breeze | The Sun

A CAR cleaning expert has revealed a £1.25 B&Q essential that makes washing your motor a breeze.

The self-confessed "car guy" took to TikTok to share a useful hack for shifting dust and dirt from hard-to-reach areas.

The cleaning whizz said: "Very few 'life hacks' work.

"I'm a car guy, I keep my car meticulous.

"I'm going to show you one that actually works."

He explained that the trick allows drivers to vacuum tight spots like the space down the side of or under their seats.

Using only a super-cheap everyday item, you can get in there to hoover up crumbs, dust and debris.

All you need is a standard plastic funnel, which can be found for as little as £1.25 each at B&M.

It tends to work best with skinnier funnels from hardware shops rather than those seen in a kitchen, though those can make do in a pinch.

Just place that on the end of your vacuum and the thin end of the funnel will be able to reach all the nooks and crannies in your vehicle, leaving it spotless.
