The two-bedroom property is located in Ilfracombe, Devon, which has gorgeous beaches, a stunning harbour, and plenty of shops.
The exterior of the end terrace home doesn’t look like the property needs much work, but the inside requires a complete overhaul.
House hunters are even banned from viewing the inside in person because it is unstable and unsafe.
This means anyone who wants to view the home has to do it via a virtual walkthrough.
Photos of the inside show missing floors, extremely damaged walls and piles of belongings in what looks like the old living room.

Other pictures show the ground floor missing large patches of flooring, an overgrown garden and mould throughout the home.
The house is the ultimate fixer-upper which is why it is hitting auction for as little as £50,000.
It has huge potential, being based on a popular residential street, carrying the potential to extend and sitting on an 80ft garden which includes a stream border.
The listing reads: “Sited in a popular location on the outskirts of Ilfracombe, this two-bedroom end terrace property will need a course of renovation by potential purchasers and a general programme of modernisation and redecoration throughout is also required.

The listing continued: “The property is to be sold as seen and there are still several chattels remaining in the property.
“We are unsure of the exact nature of these but understand there is nothing hazardous left in situ although we have not carried out any detailed checks.
“The property however does have an amount of excrement on the first floor landing.”
However, the house is only £50,000, which is far cheaper than the average property in the area. According to Rightmove, properties in the town had an overall average price of £257,164 over the last year.
